connerstatute2sm A new statue of John Conner was installed on the northeast corner 
of the courthouse parking lot to honor the namesake of Connersville, IN.  
The statue is generally life sized and stands upon a pedestal that has a 
plaque containing information about Conner and the Centennial plaques from 1913, 
three years before Indiana celebrated its centennial.
